Waiting is worth the win

“And after this Job lived 140 years, and saw his sons, and his sons’ sons, four generations.” Job‬ ‭42:16‬ ‭ESV‬‬

This morning Osteen speaks saying, “We hear a lot about Job’s trials, Job’s suffering, and Job’s loss…. Notice after the difficulty, his life was not over…”. Like Job, we too, have “after this” moments that our Father has prepared for us. Know those situations and even slips of the focused mindset is a moment and not a monument. Today is an “after this” moment for yesterday. Go get your blessing! Go do for you! Go plan for you and prepare for what’s to come in ‘22!

1 Samuel 22

Even though things may get challenging and cause discouragement from time to time, as David speaks in 1 Samuel 22:23, Let us stay close with our brothers and siSTARS in Christ, and not be afraid, for the Father seeks our life, and we are in safekeeping.”

REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life

Today was just the message I needed from Joyce Meyer as I prepare to enter into 2022. I have prayed and spoken to the fact that I want to REmain stable with my emotions as I encounter certain situations—I want to REmain unbothered. This morning Meyer says, “Dealing with emotions is a fact of life. As long as we live, we will experience a variety of emotional feelings and reactions, and we must not deny their existence or feel guilty because of them…. Spiritual stability and emotional maturity don't come naturally. You must desire it with all your heart and be determined to get it. When you make emotional stability a priority, God is more than willing to help you manage your emotions.“ As the Father guides my heart, I desire to BE content in Christ and not erratic with my emotions this day and each day going forward.

Proverbs 21:21

Whatever we look to and look for will come to us. What is your pursuit this day? 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Waiting is worth the win, my friend.
