Thank Him for this day and each day of each season
Delight yourself in the Lord, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart.” Psalm 37:4
On this day that has BEen designated as Thanksgiving, let us do just that—give thanks. On this day and each day may we REmember that, as Osteen REminds us, our Father is a promise keeper. He highlights Psalm 37:4 this morning which encourages us to, “Delight yourself in the Lord, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart.” God has not forgotten, and may we not let what we have hoped and dreamed for lie dormant or die, for as Osteen states in today’s message, “God is going to resurrect what you thought was dead…. What should have taken years to restore, God is going to give to you in a fraction of the time. He has the final say. He hasn’t changed His mind.” Wait well without worry and watch His wondrous work.
2 Samuel 12
As we give thanks this day and each day, let us REmember as in 2 Samuel 12:13, like David, we all have sinned against the Lord, however, the Lord also has allowed our sin to pass [without further punishment]…”. Live and let go.
REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life
This morning’s message from Meyer says, “When He walked on this earth, Jesus always knew the right thing to do because He did only what He saw His Father do. As our Lord, we can trust Him to lead us down the right path every day.” She then lifts up Psalm 48:14 which says that God will be our guide even unto death! As we travel to our various destinations today and each day, may we engage and interact with others as Christ, and may we trust Him to lead our hearts in all that we say and do each day we have an opportunity to live and give.
1 Chronicles 16:34
Oh, taste and see His goodness, this Thanksgiving day, and BE filled with His abundance of love, grace, and mercy. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
