You are a blessing so BE a blessing

“May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.”Psalm 20:4

This morning I am going to do something that I rarely do, and that is share the devotional verbatim from “Daily Strength for Women”. There is nothing that I can add to it. As the scripture highlighted, Psalm 20:4 says, “May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.”

“What a beautiful Scripture to read this morning May God give you the desire of your heart and make your plans succeed. This is a great verse for you, but could it also be for someone else in your life? Think of someone in need of encouragement today and choose to pray this blessing over that person.

It might be your mother or father, someone you know has been unwell, perhaps it's the friend with a new baby, or someone who has just started a new job. Whatever that person's situation is, pray that God would make their plans succeed!”

I sincerely pray all your plans succeed, for He is truly working mine out for me.

REflection from When You Don’t Love Your Job

Today we are encouraged, “Work with all your heart”. The writers says, “Colossians 3:23, Paul says, ‘Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.’ Here, Paul is reminding us that even when we are dissatisfied with our jobs, bosses, or employers, we are to work with everything we’ve got… because ultimately we are working for the Lord who provided our job in the first place…. It turns out that sticking with a difficult job can be the very thing God uses to change your work from something you merely tolerate into a job you truly love.” As I REflect over my career and the experiences, each one of my positions got to a point that I did not like them—including my current one. But as I posted last night on social media, God continues to show me that my life is bigger than me. Discipline comes through the difficulty, and there’s a blessing or lesson in whatever we stress in. REfocus, and REmain committed not to flesh, but to the Father to guide your work and your steps.

Micah 6:8

No interpretation needed: “Act justly, love mercy, walk humbly”.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

You are a blessing so BE a blessing, my friend.
