Take care of you

“Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord!” Psalm 31:24

Psalm 31:24 says, “Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord!” Today’s message “Unexpected Strength” is a reminder that sometimes we have to let the heart work and do the hard work. The message shares, “Remind yourself of Jesus as he carried his own cross, the verbal abuse he took from the crowd, and the pain that he willingly suffered as he was left to die. The acceptance and endurance of pain and the lack of violence and fighting was all a part of Jesus showing courage and strength in an entirely different way than expected.” That means sometimes we have to be meek and let the heart lead us to victory. We always win in Christ.

Reflection from You Are Not Alone

Today we hear about Saul in “You Are Not Alone”. The message conveys to us that “…no one is exempt from the threat of mental illness. Saul suffered from depression, anxiety, paranoia, impaired judgment, fits of rage, and violence against loved ones. He ultimately took his own life.” Therefore, we should not take mental health and illness lightly. When we have challenges, let us seek the Father but also seek appropriate help.

Mark 8:35

When you lose in life you can still win in Christ.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Take care of you, my friend.
