Christ has crowned us with courage

“‘Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.’” Joshua 1:9

In this life there will BE so many instances that REquire us to BE brave. Today’s message from “Daily Strength for Women” is titled “Being Brave” and highlights Joshua 1:9. “‘Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.’” There is nothin in this world we cannot do and cannot BEcome when our faith and trust is in the Lord. May we always take courage in Christ as we carry on along our course.

Mark 7

As written in Mark 7:37, let us always REmember that Jesus does everything well.

Reflection from Faith vs. Fate

This morning’s message from the series “Faith vs. Fate” is called “Faith Pleases God”. The writer says, “When we understand that God loved us even while we were rebellious to Him. There is nothing more we can do to please Him for acceptance, we have found faith. The gift of faith shows Him how much our confidence is in Him…. Pleasing God is not hard or laborious work, but instead, it is the exercising of faith in the One who can do the impossible. The Bible tells us God is a rewarder of those that seek Him – ‘And without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.’" (Hebrews 11:6 NIV). May we continually work to activate our faith in the Father and watch Him work in our lives in was we could never fathom.
