Walk with Christ to work in wisdom without weariness

“We are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10

Ephesians 2:10 is highlighted with today’s message, “God’s Handiwork”. It says, “We are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” The devotional builds upon this and adds, “God has laid out a plan and a purpose for each of us. There is no need to try and copy someone else's calling because God has something more fitting in mind. We only need to trust him and follow his leading, and everything will be revealed in its timing.” You gifts look good on you and no one else. May we each bring glory to His name and do what He has gifted us to do with excellence, no matter the task, each and every day.

Reflection from 7 Days of Finding Rest by Jesus.net

Today we begin a new series provided by Jesus.net called “7 Days of Finding Rest”. It begins by reminding us “The cure for weariness is found in the One who is never weary.” We are then reminded of His words spoken in Matthew 11:28-29; “‘Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.’” Whether we are mentally, physically, financially, or emotionally tired, our Father will provide rest in every manner, which gives us peace for our soul. He’s available to me and you. Give your load to the Heavy Load Bearer.

1 Chronicles 16:11

There is nothing in this life that we have to fear not being able to do or doing alone, for our Father is always with us and willing to carry us.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
