When we do what’s right, God will provide great that we cannot see insight
Noticing What’s Not There
Miles Davis, American jazz trumpeter and bandleader, is quoted as saying, “Don't play what's there, play what's not there.” Kundtz explains that, “First, of course, you have to notice what's not there…. Then you've got to put what's not there, there.” Let us look for opportunities to make things even greater than they may already appear (or not). Let us lead lives and purpose in the pursuit of greatness.
Philippians 2:3 reminds us, “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves.” What we do is not for accolades but it allows us to walk in purpose as Christ leads or lives of service to others.
Small Straws Scripture: Romans 8:3-5
For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
Let us realize that true fulfillment in life does not come through doing what we want to, but being obedient to what He would have us to do provides a life of peace, purpose, and prosperity.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Psalms 30:5
For his anger is but for a moment; his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may linger for the night, but joy comes with the morning.
Sorrow, sadness, anger, and despair are temporary, but God’s grace, mercy and promises will always prevail.
When we do what’s right, God will provide great that we cannot see insight, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
