You are gifted so give of your gifts for good

“We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.” Romans 12:6

Today’s message is titled “You Have Gifts”. The writer says, “God has created us each with a unique skill set. He blessed us with talents that both distinguish us from others and complement us to others.” Let us never forget how special and gifted we are, no matter what others may say or do to come against you. Your gifts look good on you, so use them for His glory.

Reflection from What Are You Waiting For

“How Long Will The Waiting Go On“; that is the question posed with today’s devotional from “What Are You Waiting For”. Scripture from James 5:7 is highlighted saying, “Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains.” As the writer speaks, “We must recognize that the waiting season is always longer than we like it to be…. but the waiting season is always shorter than it feels.“ We have to wait, and wait well, for worrying and asking when will not change the why and time. Trust Him timing as He is also preparing us to be able to receive all He has in store that we prayed for and more.
