Daily Devotional for September 2, 2021

“And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.” 2 Kings‬ ‭6:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Faith is truly a powerful thing. It is defined as complete trust or confidence in something. We may not BE able to place complete trust and confidence in (wo)man, but we can in Christ. Therefore, as we JOurneY through life, we cannot use our REgular senses, BEcause we don’t serve a REgular God. We must put on our faith senses, and look up and through our eyes of faith to see our Father guiding us on when we want to give up. When we can’t see, the Father can. When we don’t know, the Father knows. Trust in His process, and as Osteen encourages, “The key is to just keep doing the right thing.”

Joshua 14

Let us hold true to God’s promises for us, and as with Joshua in chapter 14, the Lord shall keep us, and the time will come where what He has promised for our lives will come to pass.

REflection from Demonstrating God’s Presence in Business by Kindgom Driven Entrepreneur

This morning we BEgin “Demonstrating God’s Presence in Business “ by Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur. We are REminded this morning that we carry God’s presence, and God’s presence provides a peace that surpasses all understanding, especially in the workplace. There are lots of pressures, deadlines, interactions and frustration that come with our work environment, but even in our professional lives, we must literally BE carriers of good news—God’s word. “God has made YOU a carrier of His presence. You are a carrier of His glory. You are a carrier of His fire… and God desires to use you mightily…” Let Him use you this day and each day in your work environment to bring about peace and prosperity in your practices.
