Daily Devotional for March 4, 2021

“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9‬ ‭NRSV‬‬

Even though we strive to BE the BEst we can, and work to do for others, and walk with Christ, that doesn’t mean we will get everything we ask. Like Paul, each of us has that something that we have prayed over and over for the Father to take away, but it doesn’t seem to BE answered. Let us REmain encouraged, for as Osteen shares with us Paul was REminded by God that REgardless of the matter, “Tap into My grace. It’s sufficient for you. You are able to enjoy your life in spite of this secret frustration”. We are all living with a secret frustration, but let that frustration BE outweighed by our focus on the goodness and blessings He continues to BEstow upon us.

Nehemiah 10

For all that He has provided and allowed in our lives, let us obligate ourselves to bring the first fruits of our soil and the first fruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of the Lord” (Nehemiah‬ ‭10:35‬ ‭NRSV‬‬).

REflection from Restoration: Deluxe Bible Plan

I definitely needed the word from Lecrae’s series this morning. He speaks about Solomon in Ecclesiastes. Solomon had it all, well at least in (wo)man’s eyes—fame, fortune, and accolades. But as his life approached the end, it didn’t truly seem fulfilled. In Ecclesiastes 2:17, He says, “So I hated life, because what is done under the sun was grievous to me; for all is vanity and a chasing after wind”. Lecrae says, “Solomon at the end of Ecclesiastes comes to the ultimate conclusion that life apart from God is meaningless. This stands true for us today as well. Success and awards won’t matter when we stand before the Lord in eternity. What gives our life purpose is our relationship with Christ and living a life for Him.“ Let us evaluate our lives. Are your walking in your purpose or walking to REceive praise? REmember only what we do for Christ will last.

As we work to do unto others, REmember everyone includes you. Live in the moment with no REgrets to REmain at peace. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
