Daily Devotional for August 25, 2020

“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:15‬ ‭

Experience is the best teacher in life, and no matter what we may go T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, REgrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak), He knows our pain. For Jesus came that we might live; He suffered, bled and died for you and me. What an ultimate sacrifice and experience here on earth? Our scars do not hail in comparison to what He endured for us. Therefore, let us persevere through our trials in life, for the scars we REceive will serve as our battle wounds as we serve to tell others of His goodness and what it’s like to BE kept by Him.

Job 35

Job 35:8 REminds us that whatever we do, whether evil or good, affects others like ourselves. May we BE careful of our actions and or words and deeds for we REap what we sow. Let us not bring pain to each other, for we are His children. What we do to each other we do to Him.

Luke 12:31-32 says, “But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. Do not be afraid...” The question I have BEgun to ask is do we fear failure or do we truly fear success? For there is no failure in God. If we truly trust in Him and His way, we must REmember we are more than conquerors and must trust in Him and take the first step in faith. I’m a living witness that the more we walk with Him the more confident and bold we BEcome. Walk in faith to overcome your F.E.A.R.(faith erases all reservations). ‭‭

1 Corinthians 16:14

God is love therefore all that we strive to do should BE done for Him, and all that we do for others should REflect Him in us. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Tempt someone to taste and see of His goodness this Tuesday, my friend.
