Daily Devotional for June 2, 2021
“Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble.” Psalm 10:12 KJV
Joel Osteen’s message is simple this morning: “He will lift you up.” On this day, that’s all I want to REmind each of us to REmember. There’s nothing we have BEen T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak), are going through, or will go through that he hasn’t seen or known. We can always REst assured that no matter how down and out we may get, He will always lift us up, so lift your head up.
Genesis 29
Most of us know about Job and his patience, but in Genesis 29 we learn of Jacob and his patience and persistence to REceive his promise. Let us not BE discouraged nor distracted from what we desire. Let us wait and know that in due season we will REap our REward.
REflection from Closer to God Each Day
In Meyer’s last message in “Closer to God Each Day” she highlights Hebrews 6:19, which she “Hope is the anchor of the soul. Hope is the force that keeps us steady in a time of trial.” Hope is defined as a feeling of expectation; a feeling of trust. Let us always keep hope in the Lord for He can exceed our expectations and can always BE trusted.
Romans 8:39
Nothing—point blank—period, can separate us from the love of God.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Faith in the Father frees all fears and frustration this Friday, my friend.
