Be true to you and God will see you through

“Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord. Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts. Psalm 119:1-2

This morning’s devotional “Devoted to Integrity” says, “It may seem that following a lifestyle contrary to God’s instructions will bring joy and satisfaction, but it will not. Our hearts were crafted to desire God.” Moreover, “People of integrity are known for being honest, dependable, and self-controlled.” God is love and love is a feeling that everyone desires, and pleasant people, those of integrity are the ones people enjoy being around. Therefore, let us lead with love and walk in integrity each day, for we ourselves and others reap from these things.

Reflection from Chosen: Remind Yourself of the Gospel

The final message from “Chosen: Remind Yourself of the Gospel” speaks of a fundamental concept in business which is, “The value of something is determined by what someone will pay for it.” The message goes on to says, when preaching the Gospel to your soul, “You are reminding your soul of its worth in Christ by reminding yourself of the high price that was paid to redeem you.” Know your worth and never settle for what (wo)man may say, but cling to what God has said each and every day.
