May our walk each day welcome others to seek Christ

“God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God's grace that you have been saved!)” Ephesians 2;4-5

Each of us is “Saved by Grace”, as is the title of today’s message from “Daily Strength for Women”. Ephesians 2:4-5 tells us, “God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God's grace that you have been saved!)” His love for us is unmatched and there is nothing we can do that keeps that love from us. Our charge, however, should be to extend that love to others. As the message says today, “Extend grace rather than judgment. Show love when others act unlovingly. Never forget the destitute places you came from.” Christ cared for us unconditionally; let us work to care for others with compassion leading us.

Reflection from Chosen: Remind Yourself of the Gospel

In the series “Chosen: Remind Yourself of the Gospel” we read about the Badu people who sell a large population of girls into brothels. People don’t even want to help because they fear they will be impacted by Karma associated. However, today’s message tells how one little girl was told about being a child of God, and how when we choose Him, our last name changes and becomes “Christ”. As the text says, “… those who have been bought with the blood of Christ know that we now share a bond that goes much deeper than our bloodlines here on earth. Jesus is inviting us into a new family and a new destiny.” Let go of the old and cleave to Christ for a better life lived on earth and an eternal life with Him.

Psalms 31:24

Our strength comes from the Lord, so may we always keep Him within our hearts.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

May our walk each day welcome others to seek Christ, my friend.
