Choose joy each day and be hospitable to others along your way
“I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.” Psalm 118:17
Psalm 118:17 says, “I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.” Today we focus on “Today”, the title of our message from “Daily Strength for Women”. “Joy is a choice; one we must make in the good times as well as the hard times. It requires action and decision. Our perspective must be bigger than our problems, and our hearts need to stay fixed on God…. We can choose to be grateful and glad, regardless of what we have to face.”Today, keep that in mind. Today, remember each situation is a blessing and or lesson. Today, embrace the moments. Today, remember trials are temporary. Today, live.
Reflection from Choosing Gratitude
Day 2 of “Choosing Gratitude” speaks to “For Shared Tables”. This message encourages us to take time to share time with others. It begins by speaking about hospitality, and how it opens up opportunities for us to engage freely in a neutral space. “When we make space at the table for others, we make space for our heart to expand. We stretch, we listen, we empathize, we extend a hand.” May we take time to be hospitable during the upcoming days and throughout time, providing space for us to grow and give and others afforded an opportunity to express gratitude for a safe and brave space.
Hebrews 11:6
You only have to have faith the size of a mustard seed to experience all that God has and can do for you.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Choose joy each day and be hospitable to others along your way, my friend.
