Daily Devotional for June 30, 2021

“He prayeth unto God, and he is favorable unto him, So that he seeth his face with joy: And he restoreth unto man his righteousness.” Job‬ ‭33:26‬ ‭ASV‬‬

Everything God Ordains. As with each morning I knew today’s message would BE in alignment with this day. I am about to prepare for my last day at a place where I have served over 15 years, and the title of Osteen’s message today is “He Will Bring You Out”. Osteen encourages us that we will BE pushed into a level of our destiny that we would have never experienced without adversity. That is my exact situation; tomorrow I will walk into and lead in a position I never even imagined. As the scripture for today from Job 33:26 REminds us, we can pray to God and find favor with him.

Genesis 27

There comes a time when we must stop allowing others to do wrong to us, even when we work to do right. As was told to Esau in Genesis 27: “You will live by your sword, and you will serve your brother. But when you decide to break free, you will shake his yoke from your neck.” We must take the steps to break free from others’ yoke, and walk according to the purpose and plan for our own lives.

REflection from Closer to God Each Day

We are REsponsible for our own actions and not that of others. Joyce Meyer’s devotional this morning says, “The person who is close to God thinks positive, uplifting, edifying thoughts about other people as well as about himself and his own circumstances.” REgardless of how others my treat or mistreat us, may we strive think, speak, and do for others everything out of love, for what we give off will come back to us.

Matthew 5:44

Let us love and pray for those who come to slay us. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Walk in wellness and wonder of this Wednesday, my friend.
