Don’t let the enemy take your energy—rest
“Since through God's mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to everyone's conscience in the sight of God...For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ.” 2 Corinthians 4:1-2, 6
In the message “Mystery and Hope” the author writes, “There is so much mystery to life. So many unanswered questions and unknowns…. God doesn't promise us an explanation, and therein lies the mystery. But he does promise his presence, and that is an unfailing truth.“ Let us not worry about what lies ahead. Let us focus on the One who is always with us and always goes before for us to provide just what we need when we need it.
Reflection from the Cure for Burnout
Today we are reminded to “Act as if you have Energy”. The message says, “To stop burnout, you must discover how to convert potential energy into actual energy.… To do that, we have to develop a calm center. The Bible calls it stillness…. Quietness produces confidence, and confidence builds strength. We need daily moments of quietness and reflection within our life to remove those things that adversely affect us. When we do that, energy comes back.” Find time throughout each day to “Be still, and know that He is God.” Quiet your spirit and renew your energy.
Psalm 23:6
Let us rest assured that He will always be with us, sharing His goodness and love for us always.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
