BE open to REceive all that the Father has that seems unexpected for you and me

You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy. Psalm 30:11

As I REad this morning’s devotional from “Daily Strength for Women”, I’m grateful for a time of REflection and not that of a current lived experience. It speaks about mourning, saying “Grief and heartache can sometimes feel like an endless tunnel with little to tell you how long or how much more you will have to endure… It does happen, and it will happen for you, but your mourning will one day turn to joy.” It’s true and I’m a living witness, and God is with us every step of the way. Trouble, pain, sorrow won’t last always. Trust His process and experiences for your life. JOY and better days are promised and on the way.

John 1

Let us REmember, as written in John 1:1, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” The Word is yet still alive and well, therefore when you you feel like all hope is gone, depend on it.

REflection from Opportunity Leadership by Robert Parrott

Today’s message from Roger Parrott in “Opportunity Leadership” speaks to “Expect the Unexpected”. He says, “The world expects leaders to be focused, to have bold, comprehensive, plans that set a new direction. But the kingdom work is not even close to what the world expects…. Throughout His public ministry, Jesus made it clear that what you expect or plan is not what will be…. Traditional leaders are expected to control the environment around them and the actions of the team executing the plan. In contrast, when we rely on Christ for our direction, we must hold our plans loosely because so much remains uncertain while we wait for Him to reveal the path forward.” We must REmember His ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts, but He does have plans to prosper us and not harm us. Moreover He has already gone before us and can make crooked paths straight, move mountains and part seas. There is no secret to what God can do. We just have to trust His will and His way, but more importantly, His plan for me and you.

John 8:32

It doesn’t matter if we can see it or not, the truth will always BE REvealed to you and me, setting each of us free.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

BE open to REceive all that the Father has that seems unexpected for you and me, my friend.
