We are chosen so let us choose wisely

“You, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.” Psalm 86:15

This day we are encouraged to “Choose Compassion”. Psalm 86:15 is highlighted with today’s devotional, and it REads, “You, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.” The text says, “God loves his children regardless of their sin, their past, and their failings. We aren't dealt with as we deserve; rather, according to his great love for us.” Let us go in peace, love, and understanding this day and each day, choosing to BE as our Father has to us, even when we were not deserving. The compassion we share may BE what is needed to show someone the way to Him and that they are seen and loved.

Mark 5

As spoken by Jesus in Mark 5:19, 34 and 36 “‘Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you… your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering… Don’t be afraid; just believe.’”‭‭

Reflectiom from Faith vs. Fate from Inspiration by Lisa

Today we BEgin the series “Faith vs. Fate” from Inspiration by Lisa. Today’s message says, “The ability to choose is what sets us apart from all other creations, and that is a lot of power we have been given when you think about it. God had perfection in mind for us when he created mankind, but our first earthly father and mother - Adam and Eve, chose against God's best for them and perfection was tainted…. though our destiny was derailed by Adam & Eve's wrong choice now because of the position of Jesus, He has re-established us to our destiny and the perfect plan God has for us.“ Let us REmember that God sent His Son so that we may BEgin again—to choose and BE chosen. Let us focus on the plan He has to prosper us and not harm us. Choose Him and His way each day for He chose us.
