Consistency
As much as consistency is good in our lives, sometimes it is important to be inconsistent to enjoy the spontaneity of life. As Kundtz shares, like him, many of us “find ourselves at times almost slavishly tied to being consistent, to being stable (read "boring"), to being trustworthy ("dull"), to being reliable ("pre-dictable"), to being loyal ("unthinking").” This is usually described as to how we are to others, which can sometimes negatively impact what we do and who we are for ourselves. Let’s ensure we learn to live and just be, consistently.
Psalm 37:7 says, ““Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: Fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.” Let us trust in God’s timing and his ways in all that we do, being spirit led, not demand driven in this life.
Small Straws Scripture: Galatians 6:9
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
Stay patient and persist and what we pray for shall be produced.
Youversion Verse of the Day: John 15:13
love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
There is no greater love ever heard of or written than that of the love of our Father and His son’s ultimate sacrifice for you and I.
