Daily Devotional for December 3, 2020

“So the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning...” Job‬ ‭42:12‬ ‭KJV

Like Job, I am BElieving that God is going to bless the latter part of my life more than the former, as written in His word (Job 42:12). Osteen encourages us to REst assured, “God is saying to you what He said to Job, ‘Double is coming your way.’” I REceive that I will BEcome a lender and not a borrower, I will not REmain a REnter but an owner, I will take my place as an author and not just a REader; I will continue to evolve twofold as I REmain steadfast and immovable and forward, focused, and following in faith (and not fear) and favor with forgiveness, for like forgiveness, when I let go and let God, His ways are not our ways and He can do exceedingly abundantly more than we can ask or think. Let us BE open to REceive and REcover it all!

Exodus 37

As with Bezaleel in Exodus 37, we all are chief artisans and we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). May we each invest in and BElieve in ourselves, continuing to hone in on our own skills, for the gift it looks good on us, but we must wear it—exercise it, and let others see it for it to develop and continuously BE used to serve for the upbuilding of God’s kingdom here on earth. Our gifts makes room for us, and bring us before great men (Proverbs 18:16).

REflection from Reset Your Mind: Overhauling Toxic Thoughts

In the final entry for “Reset Your Mind: Overhauling Toxic Thoughts” we are REminded that we must invest in ourselves to change our lives. As quoted from Dr. Caroline Leaf, “After 21 days of rewriting thought, you have wiped out the toxic thought and replaced it with positive, productive thought.” We must commit writing the vision and making it plain (Habakkuk 2:2-3), we must take captive every thought (2 Corinthians 10:5), and then speak those things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17) so that they may manifest into fruition. For as a (wo)man thinks in his/her heart, so is (s)he (Proverbs 23:7).

Isaiah 43:2

No matter where we go—low or high, and no matter what we go T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, REgrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak) He is not only with us, but has gone BEfore us. For He knows the plans for our lives and has, is, and will work everything for our good. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Try out the triple threat against the enemy that you possess—time, talents and treasures, this Thursday, my friend.
