Good Works Are All Around

There is so much to be done in this life and so many opportunities to be Christ like in our faith walk. As written i this morning’s message, “Good work is not a mystery that we have to meditate to find. We just need to see the needs around us and meet them as God gives us the strength and resources to do so.” Let us not ignore what is right in front of us as we strive to do God’s will for our lives. Some times the simplest of acts make the largest of a difference in someone else’s life. Let us always be open to opportunities that afford themselves unexpectedly for us to bless or be a blessing to others.

1 Timothy 5:10 reads, “Well reported of for good works; if [a widow] have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.”

Let us, too, be mindful of good deeds that we can conduct to be acceptable in God’s sight and pleasing as good work.

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

Let us be accepting of God’s words and ways that will keep us freed and delivered as we walk in His will and His way.

Youversion Verse of the Day: Philippians 4:4

Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

Regardless of our situations and circumstances, let us always find a way to rejoice, for whatever we are going through He will keep us through and bring us out with a testimony, too.
