Let us ensure our daily bread each day, spending time with the Father for nourishment of our souls
Woe Is Me
There are more times in life than we can remember, and there will be more times to come, when we feel we are alone and can no longer run on. But like the message today conveys, “As God did for Elijah, He'll do for us. If you're feeling weary and overwhelmed as you carry your burden today, don't give up. Rest in Him. He will nourish you and give you strength for the journey. God cares for those who care for others.” It is a race, but we must seek Him to help us with our pace. Let us seek Him for understanding as we strive to run ahead.
Today’s associated scripture is from 1 King’s 19:14. “And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.” Let us remember we are never alone in this life for our Father has gone before us, He’s beside us right now, and has our back in every situation.
Small Straws Scripture: Psalm 131:2 Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Let us forever be at rest in the arms of Christ, for focus on Him will keep us in peace and not pieces, and He always has what we need when we need it.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Matthew 4:4
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Let us ensure we feed our souls for they are just as important as our bodies, for our spiritual welfare is critical for our earthly and eternal life.
Let us ensure our daily bread each day, spending time with the Father for nourishment of our souls, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
