Let us look to, listen for, and abide by the words and actions of our Father
Where Am I?
Kundtz highlights Abraham Lincoln who once said, “If we could first know where we are and whither we are tending, we could better judge what to do and how to do it.” Kundtz follows with saying that if we know the answers to these questions, we can make better life decisions. He goes on to say, “One of the best times for a long period of doing nothing, a Grinding Halt, is before a major decision, like choosing a life partner, having a child, changing your work, reentering the work world, retiring from work, or moving across the country.” Do you have such decisions to make? Whether now or in the future, ensure to pray, and wait well to ensure you are responding to and reacting to life altering decisions.
James 1:17 and 19 read, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning…. Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.”
What God has for you and me He will ensure to intercede on our behalf. Yet, we have to be still and listen to where He is leading us, and respond accordingly.
Small Straws Scripture: Psalm 143:10
Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God.
In all that we do or say, let us turn to our Father for what to do and words to guide.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Galatians 4:7
Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Let us know that because we are His children and abide in His word, we shall reap all that He has promised to you and me.
Let us look to, listen for, and abide by the words and actions of our Father, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
