Let us pause, pray, and walk in our purpose each day

Contemporary Contemplation

This morning Kundtz describes contemplation saying. “One of the purposes of any kind of contemplation is to awaken us, to help us to be in the present moment, so that in the moments ahead we will be on the right track. The word contemplation has Latin roots in words that indicate an intensive time spent in the temple to be aware of the signs and omens of the times. Contemplation prepares us for the present moment, and thus for whatever is next, and for what we need to notice now to enjoy success in whatever we are beginning.” Let us seek opportunities to stop, and also be in quiet contemplation, focused on hearing, listening, and understanding what our Father is calling us to do next. May we learn to sit in it, be still, until our assignment is clear.

Philippians 4:6-9 reads, “Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Keep on doing the things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.”

‭‭‬ ‭Let us hold to the fact that our Father is in control of our lives‭‭. Let us remain content in knowing He has a purpose and plan for everything, therefore, we should not worry but only wonder what He will do for us and through us.

Small Straws Scripture: Luke 6:31

And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.

Let us always be a reflection of what we want to receive from others.

Youversion Verse of the Day: Matthew 5:4

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”

Let us be mindful of our wrongdoing, confess, and know our Father forgives and still favors us.

Let us pause, pray, and walk in our purpose each day, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
