Use your heart and lead in love
But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high. I call out to the Lord, and he answers me from his holy mountain. Psalm 3:3-4
This morning’s message from “Daily Devotionals for Women” is titled “Peaceful Sleep”. It BEgins by saying, “There is always something to worry about, isn’t there?… There will be many unknowns in your life.… but you can rest your soul, your mind, and your body in the hands of the one who has the power to sustain you.” There is truly no time in our lives that we should worry so that we cannot sleep. He’s got the whole world in His hands, and that include me and you and our issues too.
REflection from Seen: Healing Despair and Anxiety Through Connection
This morning’s message from “Seen: Healing Despair and Anxiety Through Connection”, we focus on “To Be Seen”. It says, “To be seen is to be noticed beyond the exterior of one’s body. To be noticed beyond the facial expressions, beyond the lack of response, and the eye rolls. To be truly seen is to be noticed in a deeper place, the depths of our souls. It’s in this place where we are the most vulnerable.” May we use love and empathy as suggested to truly see people in our lives. No one is perfect, but everyone deserves to BE seen and loved experience love and understanding. As a song by Stevie Wonder and the REmake says, loves in need of love today. Work to ensure someone on your life is seen today.
Psalm 119:11
May our hearts guide us in all that we do as God would have us to do.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Use your heart and lead in love, my friend.
