Yesterday I was having a conversation with a friend about my job, and he asked me, “Do u feel GOD placed you there or did you place yourself there?” I responded, “I don’t move without confirmation. I think I have misunderstood my purpose.” As with today’s message we all must “Discover Our Tools”. The writer says, “When we answer God's call, He goes beyond what we expect. He takes what we offer and expands and multiplies it, just as Jesus did with a little boy's lunch one day… Use the tool God has given you for today. Has He put before you an opportunity to serve in a new way? Pray and try. You may grow in ways you'd never believe. And the record of what you do may inspire someone else.“ We must always remember His ways are not our ways, and no matter the situation, He has a purpose and a plan, but more importantly has and will equip us with what we need to do His will. May we work to do what He gives us the knowledge and skills to do, no matter how simple or difficult as task each day along our way.
