May we ensure that we listen to our bodies and most importantly our souls as we continue along life to fulfill our purpose
Stopping’s Benefits
This morning’s message from Kundtz speaks about the gifts of stopping. He writes, “I have tried to choose the most important of Stopping's gifts to look at, the benefits that get most closely to its heart. Surely there are more; every Stopping experience will be proof of that. But these six seem to be essential:
The capacity for paying Attention; achieving true Relaxation; knowing and enjoying Solitude; forming strong but flexible Boundaries; embracing your Shadow; and identifying and living out your Purpose.“
We get so distracted with the tasks of our lives, we lose sight of our own lives. Let us endowed incorporate stopping so that we take time to relax in solitude. We must become comfortable with realizing when it is necessary, not planned, to embrace what we are needing, and focus internally to reflect and then live out what we know we need to do in our spirit.
Psalm 25:5 says, “Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: For thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.”
Let us take intentional time to quiet ourselves and our souls to hear our Father, waiting for His instructions for us to move, live, and have our being.
Small Straws Scripture: Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
If you cannot turn anywhere else, you can always turn to God.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Amos 5:24
But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.
May we always strive to treat others justly and walk in a way that is pleasing to our Father.
May we ensure that we listen to our bodies and most importantly our souls as we continue along life to fulfill our purpose, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
