May we strive to live out loud in all the glory and splendor afforded to us as children of the Most High God
Mad or Sick
Today Kundtz speaks about “the importance of truly feeling any emotion you happen to have-anger, joy, sadness— and then expressing it in an effective, moral, and legal way.” He goes on to say, “The point is that we have only two choices—It's either get in touch with it by acknowledging and expressing it, or risk burying it, which means it will get in touch with you by becoming a tumor in your gut, or any one of many other illnesses.” I have a saying that has stuck we me for years, and I say it to my coaching clients; “you can’t heal until you reveal”. Whatever you may be harboring inside of you that keeps you from the fruit of the Spirit, face it and free yourself instead of allowing it to fester and harm you.
Galatians 5:22-23 reads, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” This is the epitome of the way we should feel and live as Christians.
Small Straws Scripture: Isaiah 26:3
You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
No matter what we experience, when we are focused on God, we can remain at peace knowing His hand are on us and His will shall be done.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Matthew 25:34
Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
We are always welcome to walk with the Father, receiving all the blessings He has in store for us and so much more.
May we strive to live out loud in all the glory and splendor afforded to us as children of the Most High God, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
