Let us take comfort in our weakness for our strength is found in Him as we wait well for all that we ask in His name
Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:10
This morning we are encouraged to embrace our weakness from the message in “Daily Strength for Women.”The text says, “Weakness isn't something to be feared or hidden; weakness submitted to God allows the power of Christ to work in and through us. When we know our weakness, we are more aware of our need for his strength.” Let us always REmember we are not perfect and cannot do all things, but our Lord and Savior can; on Him we can depend. As written in 2 Corinthians 12:9, His grace is sufficient for us, for His power is made perfect in weakness. What we cannot do, He will come through.
Mark 11
Hold fast to Mark 11:24 which says, “‘Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.’”
Reflection from Sacred Search
We are presented Acts 6:3 this morning by Gary Thomas in his message from “The Secret Search”, which says, Acts 6:3 sums it up perfectly: “Choose… (wo)men… who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom.” He goes on to say, “This is what the early church looked for in leaders of their congregations, and it’s what you want to look for in leaders of your home. (Wo)Men who are filled with the Spirit—they are alive to God, and God is active in them—and (wo)men who are full of wisdom.” May we find the love of the Lord within others that complements the love we feel for them.
1 Chronicles 29:11
We adore and love the one who is the greatest above all other.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Let us take comfort in our weakness for our strength is found in Him as we wait well for all that we ask in His name, my friend.
