Kundtz pinned, “The most effective step in dealing with any fear is to some way, any way, tell it to the world. If you don't do this, the fear will get stuck. It must be told!” He quotes Alfred Hitchcock, film director, “The only way to get rid of my fears is to make films about them.” We must release what we harbor to free ourselves from it bothering us. Know that many times we are not alone; your boldness can be the lifeline for someone else. Free yourself by facing and vocalizing your fears.

In all things may we remember Isaiah 41:13 which reads, “For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Do not fear, I will help you.” Confession is good for the soul, and also allows us to let the Father take control. What ever the fear, we know that our Father is our comforter and always near.

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

We will face challenges in this life; it’s inevitable. However, as we walk with Christ, He will always help us to navigate and overcome whatever comes our way.

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

You can test it, but it has and always will be proven that God’s got us and there is nothing anyone or anything can do to keep us from His love for us.
