No more reacting; rest and let the Father respond
“The Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.” Psalm 149:4
Psalm 149:4 says, “The Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.” Today’s message “Crowned Victory” says, “Some of the most substantial and ultimately wonderful changes in our lives come from moments of vulnerability. But vulnerability takes one key ingredient: humility. And humility is not easy.” May we realize that vulnerability and humility exemplify strength in our walk with Christ. May we be vulnerable enough to speak about our hurts and pains, yet humble enough to accept our faults and wrongdoings to others.
Reflection from 7 Days of Finding Rest
Day 5 of “7 Days of Finding Rest” encourages us to “Let the best teacher in the world teach you!” With a continued emphasis on Matthew 11:28-29, the says, “Here’s what the Lord wants to teach you right now… Rest is knowing how to stop. It’s ceasing from getting agitated, from struggling. It’s releasing, letting go.” Let us take time this day to pause, recognize what is causing unrest, and give it to Him for resolve, for it’s not for us to solve.
Psalm 39:7
May we always look to the Lord for where to go, what to do, and how to get things done in this life.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
No more reacting; rest and let the Father respond, my friend.
