May intuition, discernment, and prayer guide you each day

If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. Psalm 139:9-10

The scripture associated with this morning’s message comes from Psalm 139:9 and says, “If I fly with wings into the shining dawn, you're there! If I fly into the radiant sunset, you're there waiting.” The message from “Daily Strength for Women” BEgins, “A new circumstance, house, or even country means that we have to leave what we have been comfortable with and step out into the unknown. Take courage that no matter where you go, the Lord will always go with you… He will guide you as you move, and he will hold you when you get there.“ Yesterday I had the opportunity to bring greetings and opening REmarks at the inaugural “Do The Work”Summit presented by the Women’s Business Center of Greensboro. It also gave me an opportunity to speak to individuals about my book, “Restore The Joy: A Transformation Through Confirmation”. We are encouraged by today’s message to work towards developing our intuition by: REcognizing it; silencing our inner critic; embracing our creativity; taking notes; getting physical; evaluating our dreams; evaluating our past; and praying. In my 40’s I have work to do just this and have REaped amazing REwards and avoided a lot of situations of stress and hurt. Listen to your inner BEing for God speaks to us and through us.

REflection from Born to Lead by Deborah Smith Pegues

This morning’s message from “Born to Lead” by Deborah Smith Pegues speaks to intuition and discernment. She writes, “We’ve all experienced that moment in time when we were certain of something that we could not logically be sure of. We just ‘had a feeling’ that something was not right or that something was going to happen. That’s intuition—a gut feeling when ‘something’ inside puts you on alert.” She goes further to REmind us that intuition and discernment work together, intuition refers to a gut feeling or a hunch, discernment helps you wisely recognize and use your intuition when you need it.
