Daily Devotional for March 28, 2021
But I am trusting you, O Lord. I said, “You alone are my God; my times are in your hands.” Psalm 31:15 TLB
Each day I awake and look at my bedroom walls. Ahead I’m reminded that worry ends where faith begins. To my right is my EGOcentric canvas that I developed a year ago this time during the pandemic, focusing on manifestation, and to my left is another canvas that I created for 2021. All of these wall hangings keep me focused on Osteen’s message this morning. He says, “Pray, believe, and then leave it in God’s hands. Don’t get so focused on what you want that you miss the beauty of this day.” I now REflect on life and how I tried to BE in control; I can honestly say that included some of the most miserable times of my life—but it had to happen for me to grow to understand faith. As I completely surrendered my life to Christ, I truly actualized letting go and letting God.
I had always prayed and BElieved, but I never REally left things in God’s hands. My EGOcentric canvases, however, allowed me to (as scripture says) write the vision and make it plain. I’ve REleased what I desire and let it BE known and truly learned to live in the moment with no REgrets allowing God to do what’s in His plan for my life. Just as important, I have developed an Ephesians 3:20 mindset, and He has truly done more than I have asked or imagined. Take the time to entrust the Father with the desires of your heart and let go to let Him bless you REal good by giving things to Him to determine what’s for you.
Esther 7
In the same manner Esther took her petitions to the king in chapter 7, know we can always take everything in prayer to the King of kings.
REflection from Dealing with Uncertainty
This morning’s message from “Dealing with Uncertainty” gives us two healthy ways to acknowledge our limitations in uncertain situations: “Cling to the One who knows your future...and allow trusted people to come alongside you.” There are times in this life when we must BE still and know that He is God. In those times we may go into isolation, turning only to the Father. Then there are other times where God places people in our lives to support us and help us when we grow weary. Assess your life and determine those individuals who are like Aaron and Hur were to Moses. Never BE too modest to REach out to them for God has placed people like that (including you) in life for our good and to win.
John 12:13
Blessed are we who BElieve.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Stand in solitude with the Savior and with your squad this Sunday, my friend.
