We are enough and worthy to Him

Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? Psalm 139:7

Today’s devotional proves there’s no “Hiding” from God. The writer says, “It's okay to feel bad about doing the wrong thing and to feel guilty about making a wrong decision. But you can't live in that guilt and you can't hide forever.… Instead, surrender to him and let his grace bring you joy.” Our Father is all seeing and all knowing, but more importantly, He is all forgiven. Let Him bring REstoration upon you, freeing you to BEgin again.

REflection from Seen: Healing Despair and Anxiety Through Connection

The final message from Seen: Healing Despair and Anxiety Through Connection is for us to “Speak Life”. The text says, “Our brains need to hear many more life-giving words to counteract the negative ones, due to our natural wiring called negativity bias.“ Negative bias is defined as a cognitive bias that refers to the tendency for people to pay more attention to, and give more weight to, negative information or stimuli than positive information or stimuli. We must work to capture every thought, and for those that are negative, counter them with positive thoughts of REassurance in knowing who we are, Whose we are, and what He says about us. Not only is this important for ourselves, but it is important for us to do the same for others. Let us work to fill each other up in love, words, and deeds.

Revelation 21:4

He is the ultimate Comforter, casting out His compassion and His constant care for us.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

We are enough and worthy to Him, my friend.
