Limit your days but love limitlessly as the Lord
“Teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12
The scripture connected with Osteen’s message is from Psalm 90:12 and says, “Teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” When you first REad that, the mind can have thoughts of limitation, but in actuality, numbering our days allows us to ensure we are focused and maximizing our time. Osteen says in his message, “When you realize your days are numbered, you don't respond to every critic…because their happiness is not your responsibility.” Our goal each day should BE to REmain forward, focused, and following in faith (and not fear or frustration) with the Father with the favor He has for our lives and our future.
Isaiah 40
REmain steadfast and focused, for those of us who hope in the Lord will renew our strength. We will soar on wings like eagles; we will run and not grow weary, we will walk and not be faint, as written in Isaiah 40:31.
REflection from Promises for Your Everyday Life
Meyer speaks about temptation this morning, but not with a focus on the enemy, but with our Father. She says, “You need to know that there's also a good kind of temptation. We need to realize that Satan tempts us to do evil, but in a way, God tempts us to do good… and when God tempts you to do good, simply obey.” Just like a coin, there are two options or sides—heads or tales. Let us go with the Head of our lives to lead us along life’s JOurney of choices.

Limit your days but love limitlessly as the Lord, my friend.
