Daily Devotional for December 6, 2020
“And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.” 1 John 4:16 KJV
Psalm 118:8 says, “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.” In this life we have and will face disappointments; even those who we expect to love us. But as I REflect now on my past experiences, like Osteen states this morning, “Maybe God was teaching you to rely not on people but on Him.” May we always REmember that God is the only one who can supply all our needs. For He is The Great I Am—all seeing, all knowing, and ever showing—omnipresent and omnipotent.
Exodus 40
May we always look to the Lord for instructions and direction. As with the Israelites, our Father is omnipresent and will never lead us astray, and as in Exodus 40:36, “Whenever the cloud (of the Lord) lifted from the Tabernacle, the people of Israel would set out on their journey, following it.” Everything God Ordains (EGO) for His purpose and plan. We will experience cloudy days and lessons to BE learned through them, but they will BE lifted and we will BE led to what God was preparing us for and teaching us through for the next breakthrough in our lives.
REflection from Yoke Breaking Anointing
In today’s devotional from Yoke Breaking Anointing, Vance K. Jackson writes, When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, He grants you a clean slate and your sins are completely wiped away...“. We are REminded in Romans 8:1, “There is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.” The promise made is available each and every day for each morning He gives us an opportunity to BEgin again.
Mark 1:2-4
May we all BEcome messengers in our own ways along life’s JOurneY to encourage others to seek the goodness found as BElievers. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
