Daily Devotional for February 4, 2021

“The one who breaks out will go up before them; they will break through and pass the gate, going out by it. Their king will pass on before them, the Lord at their head.”

‭‭Micah‬ ‭2:13‬ ‭NRSV‬‬

We are truly unstoppable. Perspective allows us to REmember that we will encounter bumps in the road but never barricades, for we are children of the Most High God. When we encounter challenges we must REmember that we only have to A.S.K. (ACKNOWLEDGE Him, SPEAK those things as though they were, and KNOW He is the Great I Am) the Savior to help us T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak). Osteen REminds us that God determines our destiny, and He hasn’t brought us this far to leave us, for our BEst is still yet to come.

Galatians 4

May we BE REminded that we have grown and developed in Christ, “You are no longer a slave but a child, and if a child then also an heir, through God” (Galatians‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭NRSV‬‬). An heir doesn’t borrow but lends, an heir is above not BEneath, and is the head and not the tail. Maintain that perspective as you go about this day.

REflections from 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting: The Sauce

Today’s message is all about leadership. As I read the passage and scripture for 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting: The Sauce, I thought to myself that those who lead us are elected while others are appointed. REgardless, we must BE diligent and steadfast in praying for them. As the devotional states, we want to ensure that they REpresent not what’s in the BEst interest of themselves, but of those who are under their leadership. Further, as leaders, we must pray just as intentionally for ourselves, seeking wisdom of our Father to BE steadfast and immovable in doing what is right and good.

Acts 4:12

Salvation is only sought and secured through the Savior. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Take time to thank those who have trusted you to take them to new levels this Thursday, as you lead and REmain humble as a child of the Most High God.
