Take the time to stop and consider all that God has done and know that He is never done in your life
Freeing and Finding Your Truth
This morning Kundtz encourages us to realize “What you encounter while Stopping will be unique to you. It is also noble, worthy, and life enhancing, even though it can bring to consciousness painful or difficult issues…. Stopping also involves another dimension of encountering truth, one that balances and fulfills the process of freeing. It is finding our truth. By that I mean the need to get out of our own way, to get over ourselves, to go out from ourselves, and to find that something else that adds a special dimension to life.” As Jack Nicholson says in the movie A Few Good Men, sometimes we can’t handle the truth, but it is yet the best thing for us for growth in life. Stopping causes us to face the things we have been running from, but it is up to us to determine what we are going to do with what we discover.
Job 37:14 reads, “Hear this, O Job; stop and consider the wondrous works of God.”
Like Job, we must take time to stop and consider the wondrous works God has done in our lives and can do or wants to do if we realize and get out of our own way.
Small Straw Scripture: Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
Let us stop worrying about things in life, for God is always with us and gives us strength and courage to do anything to include what scares us and brings us frustration.
Youversion Verse of the Day: Mark 11:24
So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Let us have the mindset that whatever we ask is already done as a result of our belief in faith. As a matter of fact, if not what we ask, we know God will do exceedingly and abundantly more.
Take the time to stop and consider all that God has done and know that He is never done in your life, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
