We all could enjoy “A Day at the Spa” as today’s message is titled, but sometimes our schedules won’t allow, appointments may not be available, and then we don’t want to spend money or may not be able to sacrifice at the time. However, today’s devotional shares with us about an opportunity that is always free and available. “God's spa for the soul…. God begins by clothing us with righteousness and then detoxes our hearts to remove impurities. He gives us special times to be still and hang out with him, refreshing us as nothing else can do…. Soak in the sweet promises that you'll find there. Massage away your cares with time in prayer. The aches and pains of your soul will disappear. When you fill your heart with Jesus, your mind will be at rest.” Remember, no appointment is necessary and it’s available 24/7. Seek His serenity today and each day to be refreshed and renewed.

Today we learn about “My Brokenness Prayer”. Similar to the author’s thoughts, our true heart’s desire is that His will be done in our lives more than anything. It is penned in today’s message, “The scriptures from Isaiah 43:1-3 became a prayer of desperation and a place of brokenness. She encourages us, “…resting in God and letting Him work things out…telling Daddy, ‘Thy will be done’ is saying, ‘I give up my will. Whatever You want to do, do it. I’m Your vessel and it’s not about me.’” He alone can do and will do what’s necessary and what’s best to heal our brokenness, so rest assured. Rest in Him and let Him work for you.
