We grow stronger as our roots deepen in Christ

The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon. Psalm 92:12

“Old Age” is the title of today’s message from “Strength for Women”. It says, “Children of God are often compared with trees in Scripture. Trees have a root system, branches, and often bear fruit. In addition, trees don't necessarily weaken with age. In fact, many trees become stronger as they age.” May we realize that with each new day as we walk with Christ, we are getting stronger, wiser, and better. We will reap more of our harvest as time goes by, for we are promised that our latter will be greater and our best is yet to come.

The focus of the message from “SoulSister: Renewing Your Soul through the Word of God” is “Direction of Thoughts”. We read, “There are two directions of thoughts to consider: in or out. The OUTs are thoughts that are outside of the Word of God. They are also outside of who God created us to be... and in INs are thoughts that are in line with the Word of God. They are also inside of us because of the mind of Christ that we have been given through salvation.” When we are making decisions along life’s JOurneY, let us always look within ourselves and what God says and has instilled in us, and not out, distracted by what others may have think, or do, for God will direct us exactly to what is meant for me and you.
