BE true to you and His love will show through

“Keep me as the apple of your eye;

There is nothing like finding “Rest in Jesus”, as the title of today’s message says. “There is peace that comes with meeting Jesus in secret-when your world has stopped for a bit…. We need spiritual food to conquer each day. Make sure each day upon rising you take time to feed your soul as you commune with the Father.

Today Courtnaye Richard speaks about “Living a Life of Love and Joy”. She writes, “The Bible tells us in 1 John 3:18, ‘Little children, let us love not in word or speech, but in action and truth.’ So as Christ followers and children of God, let's live a life of love in action! That means take 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 and live it out in our everyday lives. She goes further to say, “Now let’s shift to living a life of joy. The term ‘joy’ actually means a feeling of great pleasure and a source of delight. When you choose to live a joyful life, it can be contagious!” Joy is part of the fruit of the Spirit, so let us share it through our actions, working to feed others so they may know of the soul food our Father provides to us.
