“Do everything without grumbling or arguing…” Philippians‬ ‭2:14‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Joel Osteen is staying true to form with his messages that show us God works everything for our good. Today he REminds us that those difficult things in our lives our Father is using to make us stronger and to prepare us for what’s in store for our lives. As many of us REturn to the grind (of work) today, let us REmember this morning’s scripture; “In everything you do stay away from complaining and arguing...”. For as Osteen states, “As you keep doing the right thing...that’s doing a work in you...It’s getting you ready for the next level of your destiny.”

Jeremiah 29

Let us REmember that there is no JOurneY without the why (“y). The things we go T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, REgrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak) and look forward to are all a part of God’s will for our lives. Jeremiah 29:10-14 emphasizes, “This is what the Lord says: ‘...I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place. For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,’ declares the Lord, ‘and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,’ declares the Lord, ‘and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.’”

We must trust the process He has for us along this JOurneY, for all things will work for our good, and REstoration is upon us, for we will one day REflect and see how no time was a loss or in vain. We will REap His promises and take back what the enemy stole from us. As instructed in Jeremiah 29:5, We must “Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce.” Let us ensure today that our homes are built with the solid foundation of the Lord, and let us feed upon His goodness.

REflection from Winning Attitudes

Bella Pillai states this morning that, “Tolerance levels in this century are going up as moral barriers are breaking down.... On one had we judge some people too quickly, on the other, we tolerate others too generously.” We have to work to create boundaries as we strive for an attitude of purity. As we strive to live with a pure heart, let us work to “‘Hate the sin and love the sinner’, which is easier said than done,” as highlighted by Pillai.

Matthew 4:4

Let us focus on feeding our souls with The Bread of Life that will sustain us when we hunger and thirst to BE and do what is right along life’s JOurneY. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Meditate this morning on the message the Master has for you this Monday, my friend.
