Let us REmain humble in all that we do, for Osteen shows us through the story about Moses and Pharaoh with the Israelites, the day will come when even your enemies will REcognize the blessings upon your life and ask for prayer and blessings upon them due to your favor from the Father.

Leviticus 15

It is further REiterated today in Leviticus 15 that our bodies are temples and we should each day cleanse our bodies for it is pleasing to God.

REflection from The Spiritual Life of a Leader by Boyd Bailey

The message this morning from “The Spiritual Life of a Leader” speaks about spiritual leadership at home. Boyd Bailey says, “Our wife and children may know more of the Bible, but the Lord still holds us responsible for their spiritual well-being.” He supports this message with the following from Ephesians 5:23-24 which states, “For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything”. We know from Luke 12:48 that to whom much is given, much is REquired. We also know that Proverbs 18:22 says when a man finds a wife, he finds a good thing, and finds favor with the Lord, and the Proverbs woman is more precious than jewels.

The role of the husband is nothing to BE taken lightly and is a mighty REsponsibility; yet if he strives to lead and it is evident through his actions and words, a woman will submit. But men must REmember cause and effect and/or the law of motion; for every action there is an equal or opposite REaction. Therefore REflect and ask: am I leading my wife and family closer to Christ or away? In the same manner, wives, if the man is leading, are you submitting? Marriage is more than saying “I do”.

Romans 15:5

As in Ecclesiastes 9:11, we must endure, and suffer patiently, but in time we will REap the REward of peace and harmony in which we choose to have with all whom we encounter. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
