Daily Devotional for May 16, 2021

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Hebrews 12:3

As I went to bed last night, I REflected on the time shared with my siSTAR on her porch last night just BEing. I thought about how far we have come, and how we have peace in our lives. Last night we spoke about perspective and how we have evolved. I said I had a scarcity mindset before and had to REalize that God can Ephesians 3:20 anything. This morning Osteen’s message is called “Increase Is on the Way”, and I’m a BEliever. I’m currently in an overflow and overwhelmed with goodness. I can only imagine what is yet to come! So much continues to turnaround for me and work in my favor. Osteen says, “You need to see every enemy, every adversity, every disappointment in a new light: the opposition is not there to defeat you, it’s there to increase you, to make you better.”

I am continuing to trust in the Father with my life. I know He is going to continue to open the floodgates of blessings for me and you, because of the perspective we have. We know He has/is/will work everything for our good. We will continue to look back and BE so amazed, for He is working things in our favor and our BEst is yet to come.

Acts 10

I know I tell of God’s goodness and favor over my life, but I do this because like Simon Peter speaks to in Acts 10:34-36, “God plays no favorites! It makes no difference who you are or where you’re from—if you want God and are ready to do as he says, the door is open. The Message he sent to the children of Israel—that through Jesus Christ everything is being put together again—well, he’s doing it everywhere, among everyone.”

‭‭No matter who you are, no matter what you’ve BEen T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak), know today is a new day with new BEginnings, new blessings, new opportunities, and new mercies. He’s waiting for you. Won’t you surrender your life completely?

REflection from The Confident Woman Devotional

The final message from Joyce Meyer’s “The Confident Woman” speaks about courage, and the courage that Rosa Parks exuded. Like her, we must BE of good courage in this life. Meyer stated, “Rosa refused to live in fear; she was determined to have what was rightfully hers...”. She goes further to say, “From Rosa's life, we see that if one person is courageous enough to step out and attempt to do something about a problem, other people with the same desire will also come forward”. I have chosen to face my fear and have taken bold steps in faith to take back what the enemy stole from me. As I tell of my JOurneY through my book, may it assist others with boldly facing fear and BEing courageous to live what God has for them and not that of man.

Let us pray Meyer’s prayer: “Lord, help me to always have the courage to not allow others to take what is rightfully mine. Help me to confront what is wrong with the truth of Your Word. Amen.”

Romans 8:35

Know that there is nothing and no one, and there is nothing we have done, that can keep us from the love of our Father. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
