Daily Devotional for March 16, 2021

“Look, I go forward, but… I cannot see Him. But He knows the way that I take; when He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold.” Job 23:8–10 NKJV

Have you truly paid attention to how far He has brought you? Now, that’s all the more REason to stay in faith, as Osteen speaks to today. He poses a question: “Will you pass that test and stay in faith even when you don’t understand it?” Ask yourself in this moment, where is your faith? You are along a JOurneY of purpose, but everything is not known, and everything may not make sense, but you cannot give up now. As the song by Journey says, “Don’t stop believing”, or in the words of Mary Mary, “I just can’t give up now, come too far from where I started from. Nobody told me the road would be easy, and I don’t believe He’s brought me this far to leave me.” As Osteen REassures, “If you’ll trust God...you’ll become everything you were created to be.” Walk on.

Hosea 9

May we listen and BE obedient to our God and not be rejected and become wanderers among the nations (Hosea‬ ‭9:17‬ ‭NRSV‬‬).

Some of us are working to make decisions in life along our JOurneYs. God is creating new and unexpected opportunities BEcause of our faith. As Lecrae REminds us this morning, “There is more to life than living for the approval of others. Things will never satisfy.” In his prayer he says, “May God help us receive the true blessing of life which is not found in money or fame. May he open your eyes to see the real prize of deep and intimate relationship with himself.” We ask to BE used by Him, to BE a willing vessel for others to come to know Him or grow closer to Him; now allow Him to use you for His purpose.

James 1:12

If you’re not tried in the fire you won’t come out as gold. Trust the process and trust the test so that He can bring out your BEst. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
