Daily Devotional for May 26, 2021
“Get yourself ready!” Jeremiah 1:17
While writing my book, I came up with the phrase you have to go T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak) for your breakthrough. This is exactly what Osteen has BEen emphasizing over the past few days and particularly today. The scripture highlighted today is from Jeremiah 1:17, which says, “Get yourself ready!” When we go through we must REmember trouble won’t last always, and as the focus of this year’s devotionals by Osteen REmind us, He will work everything for our good. As we continue to go through challenges, Osteen says, “God allowed that fertilizer to get you prepared for where you could not go on your own. It deposited something on the inside that you could only get by going through it.“ Not only do we persevere and go through challenges, but we grow through the challenges. Perspective is everything, and I cannot wait to see what is to come for you and me. Stay in faith.
Acts 20
As Paul in Acts 20:35, in everything we do we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Even with those who come against us, freely give for something will come from it for us that will BE a blessing to our lives.
REflection from Starting Your Day Right Devotional
In this life there will always BE times where we want to give up or give in. Joyce Meyer gives the following scripture to REmember in these situations. At the start of our day she encourages us to think on Psalm 105:4 which says, "Seek, inquire of and for the Lord, and crave Him and His strength (His might and inflexibility to temptation); seek and require His face and His Presence [continually] evermore."
Matthew 6:14
May we always REmember, forgiveness is for me and you, not for those who come against us. God is our vindicator and will give us the victory when we are victims. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Wait and watch the wonders He’ll work this Wednesday.
