Daily Devotional for January 12, 2020
Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”
John 11:40 NIV
We all have those times in our lives when we feel like we just can’t go on. The hurt, pain, and disappointment feels like it’s too much to bear. We REach a point where we feel there’s no hope. Yet our Father bears our infirmities for He knows how much we can REally bear. Then He allows a shift and the Son shines in our lives, giving us the hope to go on, opening up new pathways for our lives that are better and brighter than we could have imagined in our darkest days. If you are at a low point in your life right now, Osteen encourages you to “Keep honoring Him being your best, your Sunday is coming. Your SONday could BE today.
Jeremiah 37
Know in this life we may be falsely accused of things as Jeremiah was in chapter 37, BEcause of people’s perspective, but BE of good courage, and stand faithful, BElieving in God’s word and He will deliver you on time.
REflection from Divine Time Management
This morning Elizabeth Grace Saunders speaks to how “As Christians, we often think to ask God for help when it comes to big decisions...But we can often forget to ask God to lead us by the hand in the day-to-day details of our lives.” I encourage you to truly welcome God into every aspect of your daily life. From determining what to wear, to what route to travel to work, to selecting food for your meals, and most importantly what tasks to take on for the day. Saunders says, “As Christians, our use of time and our peace with time should demonstrate that we trust in God and not ourselves when it comes to time management.” Let Proverbs 3:5-6 lead you this day and each day.
James 1:5
Everything that we seek in life can BE found through the Father. Ask Him of the simplest thing and allow Him to bless you abundantly. 🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Trust Thee with every task this Tuesday, my friend.
