Daily Devotional for December 27, 2020

Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations. The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does.

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭145:13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

As written in Psalms 145:13, The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does. He is unwavering and REmains loyal and we can always REst assured that He keeps His word. Throughout time He’s never lost a battle—He’s never failed. REmember, He can do all things, and especially for me and you. Trust Him with your mind, body, and soul.

Jeremiah 21

God will not lead us where He has not gone BEfore to prepare for us. As stated, He is trustworthy. In Jeremiah 21:8-9, the Lord provides us choices saying, “See, I am setting before you the way of life and the way of death. Whoever stays...will die …But whoever goes out and surrenders ...will live. Let us surrender to His will and His way for our lives and not BE complacent and content where we are. We must BElieve that our latter will BEgreater and our BEst is yet to come. We must step out in faith to REceive it.

REflection from Waiting on God

Dr. Stanley provides the following in this morning’s devotional. “Many people believe that waiting is passive … but that’s not what the Lord intended for us as believers. Yes, we are “still” in the sense that we take our hands off of our situations and allow the Father to work through our circumstances. But we’re also supposed to be active and growing spiritually.” Even as we wait on the Father and His promises, we must not grow weary, but BE still and stay in P.E.A.C.E, with perseverance, endurance, assurance, confidence and engagement through prayer and faith, BElieving He will come through.

Ephesians 6:11

As we go about our days on this glorious adventure, may we ensure we are covered, to include the helmet of salvation and praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, for our mind is our most powerful weapon.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

Start with some soul searching for your season ahead this Sunday, my friend.
