Daily Devotional for August 21, 2021
“And by means of many wonders and miraculous signs, he led them out of Egypt, through the Red Sea, and through the wilderness for forty years.” Acts of the Apostles 7:36 NLT
This morning we are encouraged by Osteen to REmember that God will not just show us His plan and destination for our lives, but whatever He takes us to, He will take us T.H.R.O.U.G.H. (Trials, Hurt, Regrets, Obstacles, Uncertainty, Guilt, Heartbreak)—no matter the situation of lessons or blessings.
Joshua 2
As with Rahab in Joshua 2, when others literally fear God, let us fear Him in REverence and work to serve and do His will when others try to hide. Let us support others who are likeminded and not ashamed of the power of Jesus Christ.
REflections from Share Your Faith
I love the REassurance the message from Sharing Your Faith by Youversion provides this morning. When it comes to Christ, it says, “We won’t know everything, but we can ask God for wisdom that He’s ready to give us. As we learn new things, God may use us to bring grace-filled truth to someone at a time when we least expect it.” Let us continue to study thy selves approved; let us always seek wisdom and new opportunities to serve and worship, expanding our knowledge and experiences with Him. This allows us to continue to equip ourselves with testimonials to BE able to evangelize about our Lord and Savior in different ways for others to come to know Him.
John 16:33
Our worldly lives will bring challenges, but with Christ within our hearts we are more than conquerors.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow you and seek you this Saturday, my friend.
